The day after our last descent of the Great Bend of the Yangtze, the entourage from the trip visited Naxi scholar and artist Ge A Gan. He painted for us the history of China's three parallel rivers and sang a poem that he wrote in the traditional Naxi picture language (written on the banks of the Yangtze).
